Hi there! I know I haven't been around, but what can you do? Life happens.
So after the last time I was here I lost a few pounds, got down to 185, then gained a couple back. I've been hovering at 186/187 for a couple weeks now, but today I hopped on the scale and saw 184!!
This is the lowest I've been since last year right before my band started giving me all that sh*t.... AND this time I wasn't not eating. I've been eating regular normal meals, and even snacking a bit. I have added back in more exercise though, and my eating that I call "regular normal meals" is small compared to most. I eat about 1/3 of what my family eats. heh. They make me full though. I've been trying to make more food at home and eating out less. I've had a few PBs but they've been rare, and when they do happen they are the easy, stuff just comes right back kind that happen when I eat too fast or don't chew right.
Anyway, so there you have it. Exercise plus a normal working band and small frequent meals. Yay!!
