Weight Update

Back to 195 thanks to my bike! Yay! I've been doing ok on my eating. Trying to pay attention to the sweets. I was down to 194 the other day, but it came back up the very next day. I must add that I haven't been weighing in at the same time every day, because I've been too busy to do so.

Anyway, I don't have alot of exciting stuff to say, I just wanted to update ya'll. Have a great day!!

Keep up the good work Angi. I've been staying at 192 for the last couple of months. I am thinking maybe I need an adjustment.
