Did I make my goals this last week? No. Well, some, but mostly, no.
- French, 20 mins per day. I got this in on two days last week.
- Work out in the gym at least 2 times this week. Yes. This goal was met.
- Walk 30 minutes each day I'm not in the gym. All but Saturday. But to make up for it I walked 1.5 hours yesterday.
- Get to 235 lbs. by Sunday. Stuck at 238 because of some bad food choices.
I'm excited because I'm getting free movie tickets later this week, hopefully Saturday we will go see the new Harry Potter movie.
Here are my new goals for this week:
- French, 20 mins per day.
- Work out in the gym at least 2 times this week.
- Walk 30 minutes each day I'm not in the gym.
- No drinking with meals/make sure I'm getting enough water between meals.
Current weight: 238lbs.
