I am the master of the elliptical! Woo!
25 minutes! And still enough time left to shower and grab a snack.
I'm not having lunch right now, maybe on my last break, but not at lunch time anymore. I have found over the last few days that I'm less snacky after work if I eat lunch later in the day. So I just had a 70 calorie rice pudding cup. Man are they yummy. I could eat two or three of these things!! I only brought one though, thankfully. I then ate my two gummy multivitamins. And in a few minutes I'll take my b12 and my fiber. That should fill me up till break time and maybe longer. We'll see how it goes.
I have lemon pepper chicken for lunch. I brought 2 breasts, as I was going to have one for breakfast, but I had that donut, as you know, and I didn't want to add even more calories to that mistake.
I'm so excited that I was able to do that 25 minutes!! I just can't get over it. Boy was it hard though, and the gym is downstairs, so climbing up the stairs again was wretched. OMG. I'm going to stick to the 25 for the next 2-3 sessions at the gym, once that's comfortable I'll bump it to 30. If I want to get any higher than that, I'll have to do it after work instead of at lunch.
