This time waiting for my fill is hard. I have some restriction, but nothing to write home about. I can pretty much eat what I want. I would really like to cut what I'm eating to half. I had a whole chicken breast for dinner last night, and a salad. Good choices, low calorie, but still. A whole chicken breast?? I think I should have had to stop at 1/2. Now, bear in mind that dinner made me very full. Once I stood up I got the full impact. It felt very heavy in my stomach. I could have eaten about 1/4 less and been full still, I think.
Drinking water right now, jumping on the elliptical later for 25 minutes. Seriously considering eating 1/2 a donut in the next 15 minutes or so. :( bad Angi.

I didn't eat 1/2 a donut. I ate the whole thing. Raspberry filled raised donut. MMMMM...
....Arg.
I now feel guilty, but happy. MmmmMmm... It's a good damn thing that I'm doing the elliptical today. I'm also going to add football tossing after work. I'll toss the ball around with the kids and work off a little more, and then maybe swimming. That should make up for that damn donut.
