Short note

Rode my bike to work today, and several times over the last few days. Loving it so much!! :) Life is ok. Eating well. Not too much junk food. (Not none either.) Focusing on protein again so my hair doesn't thin again.

I'm getting back closer to where I was a couple months ago. Only about 10 more pounds to go.

Current weight:194 lbs.
