No gain. No loss. Just the same exactly. I still weigh 222 lbs. I tried to make sure I was paying attention to my eating in the last couple of days. Which is probably why I didn't gain. I'm back on the elliptical today at lunch. I forgot my brace again, and I don't want to hurt my knee, so I'm not running.
This is a pretty boring post. :)
