So the day after my last post I jumped back up 4 pounds. It's a roller coaster ride sometimes, you know? I've been slowly losing it back down again. Today I was back at 201. A sight which makes me very happy, cause this time it didn't happen overnight. Which means it may actually stick.
Oh, and to update you on the NSV's from last time. I didn't end up replacing the sweater. I took it back, but I did get a replacement pair of pants. Size 16!!! They fit fine when I stand up, but when I'm sitting the band cuts a little into my tummy, so they're still a little small, but you can't tell when I'm wearin' 'em.
I'm trying to get more protein into my diet, still struggling with that. I try to eat protein first but it's usually the hardest thing to chew. And the protein that's easy, is also loaded in calories (see: nuts, and peanut butter). I buy an Odwalla protein drink from time to time, but they're expensive. I really need to stop being so lazy and blend myself up some shakes at home. That would really be best. They just don't taste as good as the pre-blended kind. I'm giving some serious thought to making pudding with my protein shake powder blended in, maybe that would be good. And it would be thicker, so taste better, presumably.

Good idea of adding the protein powder to the pudding. If you try it post on here to let us know how it is.
