I knew it would be easier with the band. I had no idea it would seem this easy. I know it won't forever. And I'm sure the heat for the last few days has a hand in it, but I've gone down to the next pound every day since Sunday. I was 237 last week. Now I'm 233. If I keep going at this rate, I should be 230 or less by Friday. I'm not holding my breath, but it would be awesome.
Oh, and my bmi is now under 39! lol
