Breakfast:
1/2 teriyaki chicken breast
Lunch:
1/3 teriyaki chicken breast
1/2 can turkey chili
Snack:
6 small strawberries
< 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
4 sips dr.pepper
1 fudgcicle 180 cals.
1 bite giant Ice cream sandwich
2 bites canned tamales w/sour cream
Dinner:
4 boneless buffalo wings w/blue cheese dressing
2 small celery pieces
2/3 California shrimp salad
3-4 bites of ice cream, cake and cookie from the fam's
desserts. (total... not from each)
In between I drank lots of water and had some tea.
***UPDATE***
I just found out that the california Shrimp Salad I had for dinner was probably one of the worst things I could get there.
Calories in the California Shrimp Salad are about 860!!
OMG. I should have gotten a regular chicken plate and been full at about half of it, and left with only 300-400 cals. Of course, I would like to note that this number probably includes the tub of dressing they included which I didn't eat. I dipped into it 3 times, for the egg pieces that were on the side of the salad. Otherwise I only ate the dressing they had drizzled over the salad, which was very thin, so probably no more than a tablespoon.
I just went to caloriecount.about.com to recalculate it based more closely on what I actually ate. Here's the ingredients:
10 Shrimp
1.5 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Avocado
.5 cup grape tomatoes
1.5 Cups Bibb lettuce
1.5 tablespoon Crumbled Bacon
3 large black olives, sliced
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
Their calorie count was 678 cals. but that doesn't include the bacon, cause the recipe finder couldn't find the bacon.
So there you have it. Don't eat the salads! lol. Oh well. It could have been worse I suppose.
